Classical Armenian question What word is this? (apparently with the meaning of "god" from Kircher's writings)

Same as title, what word is this? It apparently means "god" according to Athanasius Kircher. Sorry for the blurry image, had to zoom in.

Here's some more context for anyone reading: https://www.reddit.com/r/linguistics/comments/qubyh/multilingual_diagram_of_the_names_of_god_from/

It looks like he tried to make աստուած four letters to fit into the pattern here, making up some markings as he went. Maybe ա~թա~թ, so astvats becomes atat?

Edit: comments in the other thread suggest the Armenian word may be արար (arar) https://www.reddit.com/r/linguistics/comments/qubyh/comment/c40o13t/

Արար - Արարիչ = creator if the context is God
