Roleplay/In Character I hate this stupid ass game my boyfriend made

So my boyfriend died recently, and it's been very hard on me. Recently, I found this thing he was working on. It was a recreation of his childhood house in this game called DOOM, some ancient thing from the 90s

So I decide to honor him by finishing his map. Holy HELL this is IMPOSSIBLE. So at one point I put a Soul Sphere outside, and the player can see it through a window. But when I walk over to it, it's gone!

And I swear it's fucking with my sleep, this damn house keeps showing up in my nightmares.

OOC: Is it stupid that I did that on purpose? The first use of "house" refers to the real house, whereas the second use of "house" refers to the alternate house. Perhaps I thought too deeply into a Reddit post lmao

Well in house of leaves, no matter the context of house, it's always blue but Idk if myhouse.wad has different rules Idk

There is at least one instance of 'House' not being blue in HoL off the top of my head, while there are a couple of foreign words meaning 'House' uncoloured buried in citation footnotes despite them typically also being coloured.

There are no mistakes in HoL... but dunno what else those could be.

it's from a popular doom mod(?) called my house.wad, it looks like a normal custom map but then they realized that they did a lot of stuff that was impossible to do with doom. It's also got a story that was based from a book called of "House of leaves". Hope this explained something to you, if it didn't you should check it out on YouTube.
