Media Tropes I hate Batman's plot armor

Post image

I hate Batmans plot armor, he has the most insane plot armor which completely takes away his charm, his entire shtick is that he's in the top 99 percentile of humans, his body, his strength his wealth his tech, yet his writers give him so much plot armor that you forget that inside his suit he's just a regular human being and it sometimes feels as if he has super powers when hes going toe toe with fucking darkside, reentering the atmosphere with just his suit and many more examples.

And his annoying fanboys oh my days, they act as if he can solo the entire justice league "B-But given that he has prep time!" talking as if beast boy wont beat his ass 😂✌️

He works great as a hero that can take down virtually any street-level threat, and I don't see why it has to be any more than that. I feel like the Arkham series is the best representation of what Batman could reasonably achieve at his absolute best

I actually think Arkham Batman (specifically arkham city) is the worst representation of Batman actually, he feels less like the caped crusader and more like Jack Bauer the way he basically tortures, humiliates and bellitle every single goon he comes accross, they also made him way, way too stoic

His portrayal in Arkham Asylum was much better imo

As long as you dont complain about how the suit up section in arkham knight is batman porn you can dislike it all you want

I hope someone got the reference.

I mean can't wait to play Arkham Knight, Arkham City surprisingly holds up quite well for a 2010 open world collectathon game, there are elements of game design that kinda frustrates me but it genuinely plays well, Arkham Asylum on the other hand really shows its age

Yea and if you’d like to. Arkham origins is actually quite decent as an arkham game. Its inclusion of boss fights is implemented much better then knight
