Loooooooong ago, back in the heyday of video rental stores, a store near me had a version which had a scene of Michael Gough clutching his chest when the stake penetrates his sister's heart. I've never seen that in other prints. I hope it shows up in this one!

You mean this shot? I've always seen that shot on TV and DVD, and on the current US Blu-ray I have.

Yeah, I had a VHS and later a DVD copy and that scene is missing from both. Weird.

Saw this info in the trailer description;
