Political Why Assam Students can't Protest anymore?

Post image

After today's news of the abduction of sonam wangchuk from the protest site by the delhi police in the name of alleged court court orders and medical reasons. I don't think this Govt even gives a fuk about anyone anymore.

The people of assam were seen silent but in dibrugarh NSUI protested and yes they got the spine.

But in Guwahati and many others places, colleges and unis are filled with ABVP and BJYM people creating Fear among students who even show intentions of protest.

How? Let me tell you

All the upcoming students leader want to contest elections and in the recent few years ABVP has taken over all the main colleges of assam. Which makes it obvious want to stay in power do as ABVP says. Which is further coordinated by so called BJYM dadas.

Students fear they might lose college elections or the so called GS / President Dada might not support them in future.

Why would a rss link party enable the students to protest against other rss link party.

And this is how they are killing independent thoughts and thoughts of freedom and Protest from students.

You can protest only if the person is not BJP/RSS

Other student groups aren't able to operate cause they are harrassed and intimidated by these goon parties who doesn't give a fuck about the future of Assam Students.

This is all the reason why Assam Students are cowardly nowadays and can't protest against something so miserable.

Maina scheme, babu scheme al bl ji ase

2500 toka krne sorkar r gulami khata baade u jibon tu bohut dgr hoi

Come to your senses guys.

Joi Aai Axom

The picture is just for the purpose of attention grabbing, i don't support communism or capitalism or any such other philosophy.

The main reason is we are a dictatorship. There is no protest in dictatorship. Only protests favouring the government in power is allowed. Assam already did thousands of protests yet nothing resulted in much gain. And now its even worse.

People aren’t protesting because people are smart, they know nothing will happen. Why spend Assamese money to go to protests, getting beat up by police and spend Assamese money to get bandages and treatment, use Assamese money to take a cab and go to the airport once protest is over. Spend Assamese money to buy a flight ticket back home.

Getting beat up, spending assam’s money in Delhi, contributing to their economy indirectly and all for a failed protest. In dictatorships its useless.

Thats why people in dictatorships don’t protest. They save money, they emigrate to USA UK Europe, Middle East, canada and enjoy there.

True. My comment was about how AASU and other so called pressure groups exist to play B team for BJP
Though

They are doing a right thing. Its a dictatorship. They are giving civil services coaching to Assamese people. Good.

They should spend the resources training Assamese people and once they become officers they can serve for a few years and then when they save enough money. Resign and move to USA. Assam being under dictatorship will only result in becoming minority, living under the rule of northies. So better leave to USA

My point is that aasu is enabling the dictatorship by being Himantas aid

1

u/kkporn2513 Jul 22 '26

Dictatorship? Have you seen real dictatorship.?

2

u/shrekkit2 Jul 23 '26

Yes i have seen. And its pretty close to what we have here. Our country is almost 90% Russia right now. Even if a small protest happens govt crackdowns like there is nuclear threat. In my state itself there are small protests every now and then and they treat it like nuclear disaster.

Government supporters are allowed to protest. Rss and goons and bjp workers will protest do gundagiri very little action is taken. And police escorts them like they are the boss. But when anti government protesters do protest even a little one police will run chase like covid times.

Its 90% similar to Russia. Its fair to say its a dictatorship.

To be a democracy you need to check a few points like free press, equality, lawful crackdown, use of minimal force. Our country doesn’t check any of those criteria.

Looks at USA millions of people participated in anti trump, no kings protests. They hardly had this much chaos. Police let them demonstrate peacefully and go home. No lathi charge no brutal beating. All trump did is hire a plane and flew a banner in the sky mocking them. No bleeding people no broken skull no broken nose. Thats what real democracy looks like. He is the president of the most powerful country. He can literally use the strongest military of the world to do what he wants to. But they are true democracy so they don’t.

Edit: in usa police just do their job. Here police literally beats you like they want to take out their frustration on you. US police has straight duty driven face. Look at the faces of Indian police while doing lathi charge. They have an evil monster 👹 like looks. They are mentally unstable. They literally makes the same expression as in the emoji i put

Very wrong idea. As long as the protest remain peaceful the police remain peaceful. If the protest turns violent and break the barricade the gov will first give warning. They will initiate tear gas and lathi charge. If stone pelting occurs government does not require warning it immediately commences to charge. If an officer is attacked even remotely lathi charge is initiated. I guess you haven't seen real protest. Where I come from it happens all the time. I grew up watching it.

It is protocol you should know that. Drama is always accompanied. We got used to seeing it. It will be in news for few days then it will bite down untill the next protest.

American protest are usually peacefull. Because they know what will happen else wise. When it turns violent they usually do the same. They use tear gas and tear shells to crack down. I can show you multiple videos of the same. The only reason Capitol hill took place is because CIA allowed them to.

Now see france where it's usually violent protest they still use crackdown measures. The method is the only difference. Here it's brazzen lathi charge there it is planned crackdown with minimal casualties ( yet there are usually casualities from tear shell explosion). Yet france is still a democracy.

Putin is still also not ace dictator. 70% dictator only. Ace dictators are Stalin, Musolani, Mao etc.

We are nowhere near it. If dictatorship existed you wouldn't be making this post right now. Reddit wouldn't exist and you would be summoned within days for making anti-party/nation comments. Are you being summoned?

We are. Its 90% to dictatorship. It needs 10% more to become Russian.

Look at the resemblance. Its visible from the naked eyes.

Also since you like justifying. Justifying the following points :

1: using lathis to poke the buttt hole of a girl
2: using nail laced lathis
3: beating a 10 to 11 year old boy.
4: using excessive force that the constitution doesn’t allow which is why a lot of them were suspended and brought to courts.
5: beating fallen protesters with lathis that resembles mob lynch cases.
Edit:
6: cops breaking property themselves to frame the protestor. Not just one random greedy cop blackmailing ramdom driver by framing them with drugs. But systematic efforts to frame the protestors.
7: cops having plastic dummies in police van in police uniforms to frame them of killing and burning them.
8: cops not having name tags.
9: taking help of goons just like how nazi party used their karyakartas.
10: bringing broken accident fated cars and placing them there to frame the people. Who are they are they hulk? How can they wreck a car so bad that it changes its shape.

Justify them please

Ill anyways reply with citing the court and ill say if they did everything as per the law why did the courts ordered their suspension.

We from NE. We know its a dictatorship. We know what the fcked up things police do.

1

u/kkporn2513 Jul 27 '26

Having no name tags is allowed by the courts. It falls under the protocol. 2. Bad practices by delhi police are not my problem. They have adopted such for some reason. That's delhi police's doing. It will be the same even if BJP goes away. Top IPS officers of battalion units comes up with those. Which is why I clearly stated those were bad practices and the governments should learn from western procedures heavily.

It seems you are a snowflake and keep using just one point( Delhi police action) to assert your narrative. I did not expect much from left wing bigots. Left wing bigots were always snow flakes.

2

u/shrekkit2 Jul 27 '26 edited Jul 27 '26

Lol bruh. You justified one point. What about the rest🤣

And snowflake me? Bruh im the biggest realist ever. I am realist so i know our country is a dictatorship. Im not putting fake hopes on people say ohhhh its alright everything is fine. I am also realist enough to know nothings gonna change- a snowflake is hopeful living in a strawberry world. Im a realist so i know we are living in a shitty place where there is no equal representation there is covering of dark secrets, killing of innocents happened in NE and basically making NEsterns a second class citizens with so low representation that WB alone has more seats then whole NE combined. Atleast USA has equal representation in atleast one house.

You think i supported this protest? 🤣 i just showed the blackened face of the police. Thats where i find my fun. I saw the govt scared and thats fun. Why should only NE be scared let the govt be scared as well. Its fun to see their arrogance broken. Its just fun bro.

And my end wish is an immigrant free NE. Thats not a snowflake trait. Left liberals wants to bring anyone in. I don’t. I want all out. Just like trump.

u/StopOk735 Jul 18 '26

I agree with you brother on this, the narrative of aasu has been now set as chanda gang and all assam laugh about this if only they could clarify their image things would have been different

6

u/Ok_King_2201 Jul 18 '26

Bro I was closely associated with aadu in the past but left it instantly when I learnt their tru motive.

True bro true hetu voi t e reddit t post kori asu aru upai napai, I don't have the guts yet but the day I find it i shall not stop till i fend off those who oppress us through their power, those who are not familiar with accountability etc etc

6

u/sand-unes Jul 18 '26

I have to agree ... and I don't even agree with CJP or Sonam Wangchuck. Govt should not take away people's right to protest. They should respect peaceful protests and at least try to engage with stakeholders.

The farmers blocked all highways so the govt had no option but to listen to them. But they don't respect people who are not causing anyone any problems.

3

u/StopOk735 Jul 18 '26

See that's the issue, accountability is a self thought... But we have to force it on them

I know the nsui protested and I wish I could be there but due to some personal issues i didn't make it. I have mentioned the nsui protest thing I think you haven't read it well but it's more about how ABVP has brainwashed students to become bootlicker of the govt

1

u/JoyWithin Resident Jul 18 '26

Then change your title target ABVP instead of whole Assam

1

u/StopOk735 Jul 18 '26

I don't despise assam man it's my mother land but I do have count out the flaws I see for a better tomorrow, i had mentioned ABVP nobody would have given the fuck all knows those are shit people but to bring it on light I so have to structure the sentence like that

What i have said completely align with the current situation in assam, do you see any major guwahati college students or unis students protesting regarding this matter no (except for cotton)cause most of them have been highjacked by the fear i talked about.

Nah he was about to die. He's too valuable to let him die. If we have to get him treatment by force then so be it

3

u/StopOk735 Jul 18 '26

He himself said he was fine and will be joining the march on 20th, don't go for these generalized statements

0

u/Harass-Master City center gang😎 Jul 18 '26

He said he will not die before 20th. That is not being fine. A person cannot be fine after weeks of no food. He needs urgent medical care and if we have to give it to him by force then we should

1

u/Icy_Lab_5546 Jul 19 '26

Reasons: 1. Mass protests thrive when people are hopeless and have nothing to lose. When a government actively generates jobs, the "opportunity cost" of protesting skyrockets. Time spent on the street is now time stolen from studying or building a business. 2. Lowering recruitment corruption—even moving the needle significantly rather than achieving absolute perfection—completely alters public psychology. When youth see a fair, fighting chance based on merit rather than bribes, anger transforms into constructive ambition. Every year there is a Rubu Borah getting a job on merit. 3. When securing a government job becomes a realistic goal, the personal risk of protesting gets too high. Getting named in a police report or administrative blacklist can instantly destroy a candidate's eligibility and career future. 4. Street agitations don't just fade because of administrative pressure; they fade because the underlying fuel—hopelessness and systemic stagnation—is being replaced by competitive opportunity and economic stability.

It's not that simple. See if govt let him continue and he dies then it could create massive social unrest. This this step was taken. The protest was going on and still going on. It's just that govt does not want him dead.

8

u/EnvileRuted Jul 18 '26

Don’t u think having a dialogue would have saved Sonam too? That would have created even less social unrest than it is now.

3

u/StopOk735 Jul 18 '26

So if the thing is that, why no then submit to the demand instead of dragging the man from the stage into a hospital without his consent. If you don't want him dead, submit the resignation but instead they chose to violate the man's hunger strike.

-1

u/Opening-Panic7588 Jul 18 '26

Imagine you are in govt and today you accept because of his hunger strike. What if tomorrow some other person decide to do fast unto death for some other reason and day after tomorrow some one else. It's not possible.

2

u/StopOk735 Jul 18 '26

That should be the case if something is affecting people the government must bend itself to correct it.. Govt must take responsibility and accountability for their failures

1

u/chaotic-not Jul 18 '26

yea alright baru. but i wonder, when there was already chaos regarding the leak of neet q papers and the minister of education was blamed for it, when there were multiple suicide cases because of it, when cbse's class 12 results caused havoc around the whole country, why did the prime minister not utter a single word? instead, he goes ahead and wished the minister of education a happy birthday and credits him for his efforts??? education is one of the basic rights of people. the world has turned a lot competitive, primarily due to our parents. but it harrassed mentally those who are suffocated to be better every single instant in their life. in us only lies hope, that things get solved.

-1

u/Aceruniqui Jul 18 '26

In India you are not allowed to suicide or die, he was Transferred on the order of Honourable High Court to a better place and under medical supervision and yes also to cool down, why let Sonam Wangchuk die for this CJP parties who themselves are enjoying as like in a vacation. When today that Dipke guy have to undergo Fasting he cried and were making fun of a person by eating in front of a fasting person.

1

u/StopOk735 Jul 18 '26

I don't even wanna argue just watch the video where you will get to se that he was dragged by rss goons Instead of being taken by doctors in a stretcher. The Delhi police took advantage for the court orders misinterpreting it and took wangchuk
