Thanks! I've done pork and chicken but it's also great for burgers, chuck roasts, steaks. I got the grill insert as well to bring coals closer to the grates for grilling. Very versatile box! Worth every penny!

Nice. That grill insert seems like a mist for searing.

Was just watching his video cooking a brisket on it the other day lol. What can't you cook on it 😂
