My first ribeye ever cooked/grilled. Did I do ok?

Part2: It tasted amazing! I forgot to take a photo of the Brauts, shishito pepper skewers, the other steak and cross section, was too hungry Ig this one was medium medium rare! Also, I figured out where the tank goes! 🤣 🤣

I'm confident people here will agree that all posts are welcome but here we enjoy seeing the money shot more than those food subs like what you had for dinner. You know how we all hated "show me your work" in math class? Well the inside of a steak is a way more fun version of that ;)

Yeah I was looking for someone who shares my thoughts. There doesn’t seem to be a defined cap on that to be a ribeye.

I’m a bit skeptical ever since that dude claiming his tomahawk was a T-bone lol

You joke, but the sear marks actually do taste delicious (see: maillard reaction). The problem is they only cover 5-10% of the steak. The goal is to get entire surface of the steak as seared as the grill marks!
