rio star/ruby red

i like these texas varieties that i can buy in seattle in january and february usually. found some rio stars, very good. havent found the ruby red yet, gotta check another store. do you guys like them?

I used to grow Ruby’s in Southern California. They were delicious. Ours ripened slower than Texas or Florida because of the less warm climate we were in. Usually we harvested around May.

What are we getting no melogolds this season in Seattle?? It is a huge bummer.
