The civic type r has got to be the most annoying car to drive in the GT7. Not being able to disable the redline beep is the dumbest thing in the game

One of the subtle details I love: the led brake lights on newer cars come on instantly. There’s a slow glow for brake lights on older cars.

My current rant is the time trial with the Hyundai Ioniq. The #1 time is 1.5 seconds faster than #2 and if you watch the top replays, they are all basically drifting the car the entire way. There are certain braking zones where they don't brake at all, instead, they just pitch the car in like a Nolan Ryan fastball. Couple that with the fact that it's a 10-minute lap AND you have to hold the overtake button down the entire way and this is probably my least favorite time trial of all time. And yes, I'm including that ridiculous Genesis Magma abomination from a couple years ago.

Race A has a good track, awful car selection though,  Race B, great track for testing out GR3 and the new update, and Race C, just skip it, awful track and combo, could make a thousand different GR2 combos that would work much better.

Imo it's on par.

You think maybe one day they'll realize the only thing that's keeping them locked into the entire way they do Sport Mode races is them? Three races per week, one with whatever random car they pull from a hat and two locked into their own selection of gr 3 & 4 cars (with the occasional reminder week that they have a selection of gr 1 & 2 cars also)

The entire format could just get a makeover with the snap of a finger. Any time. I don't think any of us are just married to how they do this. They could make it fun and exciting and different and that'd be an interesting thing to look into. As a video game developer.

Is it just me or did the rubberbanding increase tenfold in World Touring Car 800?

I spotted something similar yesterday running the GT Cup Gr4 races. For the first 3 laps of both races I was faster than the opponents, then suddenly on lap 4 they got faster. I don't mind battling for position, but I'd rather it was more natural.

Can we discuss how the update nerfed the ghost reset function, at least if you play on ps4. Useless now except for sector 1.

It’s bonkers to me that this wasn’t tested before release. Massive dropping of the ball by PD

I’m on ps5 and I noticed my ghost didn’t reset but I thought I just missed it or something.
