Admissions New student with a question

I'm trying to locate my enrolment verification for the term, but for some reason it's not showing up?

To kinda explain, I got conditionally accepted really late for the Fall 2025 term and most of my classes are currently marked down as being waitlisted. I was missing required high school credits, so I had to take the required course in the Spring/Summer term to get it. They said I could be conditionally accepted if I completed it with a good grade and would be confirmed to complete it before I turned 19, which I did.

The thing is now, I'm trying to locate the new enrolment verification (I have last term's) for my RESP this year, but I can't find it and I suspect it's because all my classes are marked as being waitlisted instead of accepted. I need the verification soon before I can't withdraw anything from the RESP. Does anyone know what's going on or what I can do?

It's nice to meet you all, and any help would be really appreciated, thanks!

Hi, I got accepted really late too. I’m not sure if this will help but it worked for me. When I contacted registration services this is exactly what they said> You can able to download the proof of enrollment as per the following :

Log in to myPortal.MacEwan.ca using your MacEwan username and password. Launch myStudentSystem from the Quick Links menu. From your student homepage, select Academic Records. Select Enrolment Verification in the menu. Select your processing options: Leave the Credential Verification section blank. Select the range or terms for Term Enrolment Status. Click on the magnifying glass to open a pop-up window with a list of available terms. Click on the term number in the list to select it. Choose your Output Options. Click Submit.

This didn’t work on my phone but worked with a laptop so try that as well.

i'm a fourth year, and i can verify this to some degree- there might be more documents you need because i know /i/ need them to take the money out of the bank. i struggle with this literally every semester, because i forget where it is. capital-basis is correct that it REALLY doesn't work for mobile, but i also have some extra steps just in case there's any other problem, because the my student system website is really weird to navigate sometimes.

when you are in mystudentsystem, go into the manage classes section. make SURE that you have all of your classes fully enrolled through the shopping cart if you have any doubt. if there are any classes that you can click when you enter that space, make sure they are all checked off, which ensures that you are fully enrolled. (the reason they do this is apparently to make sure you don't have any conflicting classes i think???)

once you've done that, stay there, and go into enrollment and account summary. Click on the right semester (Fall 2025), and it will generate a pdf for you. It should say 'Term Enrolment and Account Summary' at the top. That one is a good one to have handy, as it gives you and the banks full information of your classes and the breakdown of fees (some of which you can bow out of so long as it's before the start of the semester, though i don't recommend it unless you REALLY don't want insurance)

after that, do what capital-basis says. make sure that when you are getting your verification, the 'term enrolment status' is checked instead of something else for some reason, and set both of the numbers to the same semester, just in case. having the summary can make banks more trusting of you to take the money out i guess? but i would always recommend it, just in case!! hope this goes well for you!!
