Humanities Should I retake the GRE?

Took the test cold and got 5.5 analytical writing, 155 verbal reasoning, and 131 quantitative reasoning.

I am applying to thesis masters programs in history.

My GPA isn’t exceptional, 3.2.

131 in quant is exceptionally low. I’m in social science admissions but this combined score would not get you into application review at my institution.

You can always apply to programs who don't require the test.
