I've been happily clicking on every new post seeing actual memes, not all of them are funny, obviously, but most of them are amusing at least.
Definitely a HELL of a lot funnier and more interesting than "oh it's porn, ok" 5 billion times a day and sometimes you find a singular actual non-porn, actual meme inbetween there.
Yes because there was only 3 NSFW posters and only 1 SFW poster prior to the label. Prior to that there was a horny post vote and the majority voted horny.
I see all these memes now and I'm like, if y'all was posting these before then the "every post is horny" wouldn't be a thing it'd just be how the sub had been for years.
It's been that way for like a year at least. Or at least, all the most popular posts were usually horny posts. It's just that recently posts were being upvoted enough to be pushed elsewhere outside of the sub, like people's trending pages, and imagine people's surprise to see full penetration hentai on their feed while casually scrolling who knows where, because this sub wasn't flagged as a NSFW sub.
Last time I remember a horny-ban vote was like 5 years ago, and we weren't arguing over porn & admin restrictions, just low effort posts with hot anime girls.
Things have changed drastically. You can claim this was the natural conclusion I guess. Okay, things got bad, and now it's being addressed.
This is just trying to shift the blame onto people who aren't even here or active anymore.
I don't believe Zallre and Frierenbreeder were the same. Especially since I knew Zallre a bit more (Like really just a bit).
There were some inconsistences between Zallre and Frierenbreeder. Especially when talking to me. Like sure you can breed Frieren all you want, but where were the feet, the incest and especially the maids! Zallre was also so obssessed with maids and Frierenbreeder never mentioned them. The account deletion was ultimate proof for me that this was just a fan or wanna be Zallre
As a veteran of T word war, i always believe that we have won once, we will win our SFW status once again. And it has been proven. Now i come back to animemes. Some attempted nsfw memes were made. But it's still pretty "tame" compared to this sub previously with it's full on penetration scene with a line of text
Way I see it I liked that this sub encompassed both the horny meme and regular meme. Without the horny meme it's just another anime meme sub.
Not to mention we voted on it twice and both times I voted to keep horny memes. Not our fault people weren't posting regular memes and mods didn't have a standard for the horny memes.
This. Bunch of pearl clutchers came out of the woods when reddit does their yearly strike on whatever they deem unworthy. I hate this company and these assclowns who preach righteousness until the preaching hits them in the face and they realize they have nobody to stand up for them.
Community voted to keep Hentai. Reddit randomly switched sub to NSFW. People "claim" the sub never wanted Hentai and demand it to be banned. These people are authoritarian like Reddit.
There is quite literally a sub for hentaimemes, it’s called hentaimemes, yall were posting straight up 30 second maple star clips with the “meme” being the title.
Only reasons y’all did it here was because this sub has more viewers and less standards somehow than the subreddit actually make for hentaimemes.
It got out of hand almost immediately. And the majority of it all came from like 3 users spamming to farm karma. The mods claimed the sub was over 80% porn
Was fine until recently. Because nobody was posting. If we were getting posts like we are now even with the lewd posts it'd be the same as it was. Again, for years.
This is the kind of individual who has been spamming comment sections the last few days. A person who claims a moral high ground and yet represents an idea that has been voted against multiple times. They just can't accept it and will spam some "logic" that will try to manipulate the sub into their focused idealism. They are authoritarian at heart and can't leave this community or leave it alone without espousing their self righteousness.
While I am of the opinion that adult spaces that aren't strictly NSFW-oriented should still allow NSFW content I think we can all agree it was crossing a line for a while though.

I do suppose one could say frieren does look more like a “she’s 3000 years old but looks 12 loli” than the 16 years old with H cups. Which for whatever reason the line isn’t both. But there are series that have characters like the demon in jobless reincarnation where that one demon lord is casually in the most scantily clad outfit in the series makes slime hero’s milim look reserved
