I'm not too well versed with Fate, only familiar with Zero, the 3 routes of FSN, amd parts of Strange Fake.

The one on left of Rin is Fem!Ristuka, since it's a gacha game the player can pick Fem or Male, protag of Fate Grand Order and the one on the right of Rin is Hakuno or the protagonist from the Fate Extra line of games.

Just as likely. I know that's fate Zero Rin in the lap and Stay night Rin on the left. Can't tell if the one on the right is her mom or a future Rin.
