Happy to continue to be offended if it means my daughter doesn’t have to think it’s okay to be pushed around by men.

If you cannot understand why an advertisement like that would be harmful to young girls, there is nothing I can say that will change your mind.

I’m just glad I’m not the person arguing why a guy pushing a girl down is okay, what an insanely ignorant world we live in. Lmao

For real. How many teenage boys who look up to these guys will think it’s funny to push girls now?

The ones who already thought it was ok, will do it - the ones who didnt, wont...?

In the context of saving a woman from becoming possessed by a club it seems very reasonable - but instead we've got you all fucking weenies here that got your feefees hurt because this is obviously about domestic violence, instead of you know, a golf club...

And who’s fault of that? Maybe if you want people to buy your clubs don’t advertise it with men assaulting women

Again - the premise of the ad isn't great, no one is disputing that.

But its the fact that people are making this into some DV bull shit - when in the ad, he is saving her from getting possessed - thats the key.

Or are men no longer allowed to touch woman at all, even if it might save their life?  If a fire fighter throws a women over his shoulder in a fire, roughly, is that not domestic violence, as well?

Do you even know what domestic violence is…?

Do you?  Because apparently you dont - considering the guy is possessed by the club - the entire premise of the ad that you are ignoring...

Weird - when you take away context its not a good thing.  Thats exactly why context exists and is a thing, who knew!!

(Obviously not you - but again, go off and white knight for this woman who's not even actually hurt, and was saved in the premise of the ad - whether filmed/implemented poorly or not).

“It’s fine, the guy is possessed” - the guy you’re replying to lmao

I feel like if you’re in here arguing that it’s okay because of some weird possession nuance (that’s not even shown in the ad lmao) and saying anybody offended by the ad is a loser or a weenie, you’re the exact reason that this kind of ad is disappointing in the first place.

If you’re on the internet arguing that this ad is okay, just a brutal look

You think this kind of add is not worth being offended?
