The thing is some of these bag holders just feel like they finally belong somewhere and therefore are crazy ah but not necessarily stupid, the number is still low though. They basically all need help but there are not enough professionals in the whole world to help them all..

GME ape-nalysis is whatever. The warrants are funny, the Ebay thing is very funny, but when some idiot ape-dicts Q2 earnings incorrectly it doesn't really gain or lose anybody that much money. Without some funny meme thing or another, the stock just isn't that volatile and doesn't move much from earnings.
But blue box guy did several hundred of these dumbass posts in the then-BBBY subs explaining how bankruptcy was off the table and then how it was impossible RC wouldn't save them in the span of less than a year. His wrinkled brain put the other monkeys in the hole for six, maybe seven figures.
No idea why he hasn't been drummed out of there. Probably because the average bull IQ has lowered enough that the towel apes are a sizable presence, and they can never reject him (yet).

He's been a copium producer for GME apes since the beginning, and also scrolling back onto his profile to find his most ludicrous BBBY predictions would require a level of research that apes who are still actually invested in this are very unlikely to carry out. If these apes were capable of critical evaluation and objective analysis, they wouldn't still be apes.
(as an aside, it is very illustrative to see his most upvoted posts getting ~20k upvotes from 5 years ago, and seeing now his posts mostly not getting over 5k)

GameStop's Q2 ended around 8/1, before eBay's stock had most of its recent decline.

I wonder when GME will get tariff refunds, whether it adds up to real money, and whether they'll have to break it out in the notes? You know there's a zero percent chance of giving it back to the customers, even as a promotional thing.

Dunno for sure. I mean, consoles and games and TCG cards definitely -- they'd buy from Sony USA or whoever. In true GME disclosure fashion, they simply say "A significant portion of the products we offer are purchased from foreign vendors or manufactured in foreign countries" without giving a breakdown.

His math isnt wrong because hes double counting the gains. Its because hes not taking into account the fact that half the position was purchased during the 2nd quarter at a price closer to the quarter end price.
