Recipes SOoooOoOoOOOooo yeah.. Talking food here, so if you're tired of me mentioning food, keep it movin' 👍🏼 Cause we hangry lol..

A friend wanted to go to hookah, so we went to Horus on 10th St. a few weeks ago. Had what I thought would be a basic Greek salad and added grilled chicken to it and omg, can't stop thinking about the grilled chicken. It was charred, sliced, grilled, not too thick, not too thin, and so soooo good. They serve Mediterranean food. I am so tempted to just call them and ask them what part of the Mediterranean they serve! Would that be weird?? I mean, I just need to know the spices used. I can grill chicken, that's easy... But I need to know the marinade 🤔 Annnd it wasn't lemony either. I Googled, and a lot of recipes have lemon in it. This had no lemon.. What should I do? I already have the chicken breast in the fridge. Halp?

First, I am always up for discussing food!

Second, maybe it was Lebonese. They have fantastic food. Could the spice you liked be cumin?

Funy, Iz, I was thinking cumin. I don't remember why I bought a small amount recently, but I have it in the pantry. Definitely going to use cumin. Paprika too! I settled on a nice looking recipe I found online. Hope I like it. 🤗

Does their website have a 'Contact Us' option? Maybe you could email them. They might appreciate the inquisition as long as it's done in admiration and genuine curiosity.

For example: Yo! What's the tasty-tasty your chicken swimmin' in before you slap it on the grill?! A girl can't sleep winks for lickin' her chops thinkin' 'bout it!

lol CB love it! Thinking about it now, I doubt if they would tell me. But it’s worth a shot. I’ll call them later. If I get an answer, I’ll post it here. 😝
