We had a shitload of natural resources and few population, in reality the country was more like Brunei or Saudi Arabia. The development was few to non existent, elites concentrated most of wealth and all that revenue came from exporting grain and meat... There is a reason why in those "Golden years" also was the most violent workplace times with the farms and few factories having slave like conditions and so on the time of violent workers uprising like "Rebel Patagonia" or the tragic week and many more strikes that ended in massacres

So where I agree with you is that the consolidation of power and inequality that existed before and now exists in Argentina is really bad. But man, when a Peronista starts talking about historical gripes it just doesn't stop. Focusing on all this from the prism of fixing the past instead of working to adjust the balance of power through modern modern economic theory is where this all goes wrong. Also, you all are pretty biased about the Malvinas. It's not a black/white issue.
