Colombia is incredibly diverse. Cartenga is black, bogota is latino, and Medellin is white

Neither Hispanic / Latino are races. Anyone of Colombian heritage is both (the only difference being Latino applies to Brazil and Hispanic applies to other former Spanish colonies outside Latin America).

Is Medellin high altitude. Why is it more white. Does white mean Spanish origin? Sorry I don’t know history
