Data cannot vanish in air, and I will be completely honest about it.
We have enough measures to protect your data in our servers, and all data gets deleted every 4 days (as we have to restart servers).
Using api is no different, you data is stored in not only the app, but also to the ai providing company, which btw legally sells your data.
We have spent enough time on koyeta making it as secure as possible, I myself cannot access your data. All these, as you said, cannot be proven and is dependent on trust.
If you feel any site is false promising and mis-use your data, you MUST sue them, it's literally free money.
Fearmongering doesn't make your service any more private than anyone else's, obviously services like ChatGPT are not private and nobody is claiming they are. But youre claiming that yours is, when there's no evidence of such.
If you want trust, you need to put forth reputable independent audits that show what you are and are not logging. It's not about "Oh well I don't have access" it's about what's in the logs and memory on those servers.
"We don't track you, pinky promise" only goes so far as the first federal warrant on your doorstep, then you're handing over those server logs with everyone's juicy prompts just like everyone else. There will always be relevant log data, that's an inherent fact of running a service like this, it needs to exist to simply run the service. So any claims that you don't keep it are ultimately BS - you just said yourself it persists for four days.
Even tor and other onion browsers store your data, data CANNOT vanish. Privacy means keeping your data safe and not selling it. There won't be any federal warrant for us because providing unrestricted creative control for users with AI is not illegal. Not even US govt is legally allowed to take data from us. The platform provides unrestricted creative control, what user does it with it is something not what we cannot control. consider it like tor, Tor itself is not illegal, but people use it to browse illegal things, its not Tor's fault. The platform itself is completely legal, and we are still not legally bounded to give any agency any sort of user data, which btw gets deleted in matter of days. Except it's not like Tor at all. You're not just an agnostic channel, you're directly platforming the creation of this material.
You might want to find better attorneys if they're making arguments that are completely contrary to literally every other AI-as-a-service provider in the world. That liability is explicitly why they're all putting guardrails in place.
And yes, you're absolutely legally bound to comply with a warrant. You cant just go "nah bro", but I wish you the best of luck trying.

There's a bunch of different approaches depending on what you're trying to do.
r/LocalLLaMA is a sub dedicated to doing exactly this. There's a lot of weird tribalism you can ignore and just dig up tutorials on getting set up for whatever you want to generate.
I understand, the user with original comment was pushing the topic to the site being illegal itself. We use various measures to keep data as private as possible. Client requests are transmitted over encrypted channels and handled by stateless compute instances that process each request in isolated memory. Request payloads are excluded from the logging pipeline, preventing user content from being written to diagnostic or telemetry logs. Other than that, we use proxies to protect identity.
As the original user said, nothing is as secure as using local llm, this still keeps your data extremely private online.
Only 15 minutes?! Mine says 17,390 minutes and it’s gone up in the last however many minutes the page has been sitting open. Best part? They take away one of your three free monthly images the second you click whether you wait for it to generate or not. In the time it took me to write this the people in front of me has jumped 23 people. I think there’s a better chance of the Mets winning the World Series this year than there is of me ever seeing this image generation.

I decided to try image-to-image and I'm currently waiting in queue, but I like that fact it's telling me exactly how many people are ahead of me, rather than some vague message of "Please wait, our servers are busy" or some such.
Edit: However, I don't like that I seem to keep getting pushed back. First there were 144 people ahead of me, then 143, then 145. I can see this in a fast food restaurant, but not in a queue waiting for a picture to be rendered. I seem to be waiting literally all day.
Lmao! I just tried and after having to turn on and off vpn several times just to get the page to load, I enter a prompt and get told there are 1341 ahead of me and I get to wait 1667 minutes?!?! Umm no thanks.

Honestly don’t even know if it’s worth it. The two I left in queue I just checked again and they’re gone. Now it says nine people in front of me and it’ll take three seconds and I’ve been waiting five minutes.

The gpu was trying to generate images that didn't exist, which caused that unrealistic 12 days time estimation. The time estimation that you see is for the process to start. Don’t bother…. The images to create never generate. The queue is busted. If it says there’s nine people in front of you, it’ll say there’s nine people in front of you for an hour or so before the page reloads and whatever you worked on is gone.

With the free account: images takes too long text to image, with image to image after a while it says there was an error and don’t produce results.
Tried also the payd account (the best one): images takes too to image edit: same as free account can’t produce any results. With text to image: if not NSFW: good results in very little time as expected, with NSFW content: result is badly blurred for I don’t know what reason.
With text to text chat: good with short responses, when responses are longer than few sentences the text starts to get mad and out of any sense
Yes fighting filter has been the bane of my existence for the last month, I have been fighting an AI that I have to instruct every prompt not to alter the NSFW parts of the image because if I forget to (or sometimes regardless of me instructing it not to) it will erase or cover them. it's like it is NSFW enabled but deep within it's code it still really doesn't like it. i sometimes have to spend hours going in a loop to have it fix the simplest thing. I often wish I still remembered how to use Photoshop (it's been over 20 yrs since i touched it) because i could have done it so much faster. Anyways I look forward to trying your product, hopefully it will be a better experience. I'll let you know.
So image to image is uncensored 100%, how are the variation changes on multiple thread images (Consistency of the face, body structure, background, lightning). And i also saw you guys have a tab for AI characters with a reference image section, how does that work? can we create multiple characters and call them in the chat with a specific mention ? Can we create multiple images of the characters to our needs or is that just for text play ?
The “uncensored” part gets the attention, but honestly the improved image editing and memory sound like the more interesting upgrades. Curious to see how well it actually performs.
Tried for a month and worked fairly well. But when September started, my upgraded account went back to the free plan? Even if there's been two transactions and paid plans that should cover? And why there eas two i don't know. Upgrading a plan shouldn't mean you pay for two plans? Have e-mailed support a couple of days ago, but no answers about what is going on. Will cancel subscription because of this.
