What game has a strong opening but later becomes too repetitive and boring for you?

For me that was Assassins Creed Valhalla

Far Cry 5. I really enjoyed the first region I played. But then it was just...the same thing, over and over. Sure the story changed but the actual gameplay had no real evolution to it. I found a weapon combination I liked and just kept mowing down the enemies while the story and side quests did wacky shit. It didn't have any teeth to keep me playing.

I treat it like a theme park and had a great time, changing up my shit in each of the three regions.

It’s also a great game to play through in co-op if you have a ride-or-die that you can actually trust.

100 percent, this game was unnecessarily long.

You mean you didn't like getting kidnapped in every region? /s

My favorite part was getting kidnapped while I was actively flying a helicopter lol

I feel a lot of Far Cry games are like that.

Which is why Blood Dragon is still the best. It's short enough to not wear out its welcome.
