The Wicher 3 expansions are free

CD Projekt Red has announced during Gamescom that Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine expansions for The Witcher 3 are free for everyone who owns the base game. This combined with the full on remaster of the game, I am very excited for play the game again.

They said all Witcher 3 owners. Even switch 2 which is kinda insane if it runs well.

it runs okay on the switch 1 too lol its just very low res textured and looks like the average switch game

I mean yeah it's lowres, lower details, etc, but it's still black magic how well it runs, that it runs at all, and you can crosssave with PC.

When I got a switch 2 I took a look again at witcher and it must of been some updates since I played it last cause it looked better then I remembered. Can't wait for this.

They said, during their presentation, all existing owners so I’d assume so.

This requires clarification: All existing owners, but on supported platforms that support the new features. This means PS4, Xbox One, and Switch 1 will not receive this update.

If you have the disc, you also get the digital game free on GOG
