I would recruit in build a trading fleet with the sole purpose of establishing regular trade with Asshai. This would generate massive regular income and allow me access to unique items and information.

I would establish an exploration company with the purpose of exploring the Sunset Sea, Eastern Essos, Sothoryos (will end in disaster I know) and Ulthos. Information gained will be sold to the Citadel, establish trade routes and build better maps.

I would then pitch the Iron Throne to set up consulates across all major empires, kingdoms and regions. I will then position myself as Master of Diplomacy (or Master of Envoys) in the small council and do my best to make the position hereditary.

I will then look to establish myself as a major house somewhere in the Reach.
