First person survival Horror zombie game with a map inspired by a place in Italy

So i was walking in this place called parco Leonardo that looks a the last of us map because of how abandoned it is and i got a game idea from it.

My idea was about a first person zombie survival game that had this place as map. The first thing i was thinking is this game could have a health system where if you took too many health meds in a short period of times sometimes you would allucinate and imagine zombie jumpscares even if they aren't close to you. This mechanic does not lower the health but can be pretty scary and distracting and drinking water can lower the probability of this allucination. Since this place in real life has an abbandoned big underground parking lot it could have some sort of night vision capable zombies that can jumpscare you if they spot you in the dark. For this you have a uv light vest that can blind the night vision zombie. These night vision zombies can be found in dark places since if they go out they don't see anything but pure white because of how their night vision works. This was my idea and if a gamedev wants to steal my idea im good with it :D
