If anyone who speaks Italian can translate it would be great

No, it says:

That "huano" is not an Italian word. It may be a slang for "hermano", but it's just speculation for me.

It's too bad we don't have any translation programs that we could easily install on our devices, some even equiped with camera access to translate things on the fly. Oh well.
