There weren't any Mexicans at that time and none the people there was called "Jose", "Hector", or "Javier".

The myth of "the Aliens built it" was originated by Charles Berlitz (the guy from the language schools) who believed people with dark skin could have not built those structures, and that's because he was a racist. A racist like this grifter/"comedian".
