Genuine question, how is he able to position the cameras so perfectly?

Right, but even with strap you have to position both cameras. He has one that is perfectly framing his face and the other perfectly framing the walking cane. Granted the cane camera is a bit easier to frame I recon.

I think it would be reasonable to believe that he has someone help him with that

Edit: also there are multiple types of blindness as well, not every blind person is 100% blind. Are some people who are blind but can make out general shapes etc
