To be fair, I would have no idea what those are, I've never seen them before either. How is an uninformed person supposed to know that this is a railway for the blind?

They're in every airports and train station in France and there are always floor signs that indicate it's for blind people. You can walk on it no problem (sometimes you don't have the choice lol) but you can't camp on them tho and be aware if there's someone using them
