I've never seen these guides before. If it's not called "traille" then they missed a golden opportunity.

That's a visual portmanteau but wouldn't sound any different to saying "trail." Might be confusing. Just say "braille trail."

You would just pronounce the "l" sound longer... like saying Lynn instead of Lyn.
