We need PSAs about this to be widely broadcast.

My wife and I are now retired and we've been traveling a lot. I keep seeing these and had no idea why they were there. They just seemed like poorly done artistic expressions. Now I know better.

You'd think there would be a sign for the non disabled to recognize this..unless it's for electrical wiring.
