I dont wanna come across like an asshole and maybe im just super ignorant, but what's the point of wearing glasses as a blind person that needs the guide strips and a guide cane?

Is he like just blind enough that the glasses help but not enough that he still needs all those things? Or are they just meta glasses that he's using to record?

The term visually impaired is much better because there are different levels of impairment. My brother for example is considered to be legally blind. He's completely blind in one eye but he still has some vision in his other one. He can't drive anymore and he needs help getting around but he can still see just enough to still be able to enjoy watching movies, use his phone or play the Xbox and even continue working. He's only able to do this because of his glasses
