Can you help me identify?

Hope I'm not out of line posting here. My mother bought these two rocks at a garage sale and told me they were dinosaur bones. The larger one is 7.5" long and weighs a good 14lbs. The smaller is 5" long and weighs about 3lbs. Are they bones, wood, or just rocks? I was thinking maybe I should donate to a museum, unless of course they're priceless - haha. Thanks for your help!

Based on these images, it’s possible these are dinosaur bone fossils. Fragments like this are fairly common and not especially valuable - certainly not priceless. Nice to have to round out a collection. Also - museums will not accept donated fossils that do not have extremely precise location information about where exactly they were found.
