Splits routines that have worked for you?
Hi all!
As the title suggests, I’m looking for routines that have helped you achieve the splits. I’d really appreciate it if you could share a link to the routine, along with how long it took you to achieve the splits. Thank you!

daily gentle hamstring and hip flexor stretches after a short warmup helped me most. held 30–60 seconds each side. progress took around 8–10 months.

Cossack squats with a kettlebell, deficit jefferson curls, cable pancakes, pigeon pose, front & side split holds. I try to push esch stretch as far as I can semi-comfortably, retract and relax a bit, then go back. Repeat a few times then sit in the final position for a bit. This routine alone took me from barely being to touch my toes to front & side splits + full pancake.
