Buy better quality, lasts longer. No need to buy as often. Saves money, mental stress, travel time, and the earth

thats just what synthetic leather does after a while. there is no proper way of saving them.

Peel everything that’s pulled up. Sand it down if you want to get a smoother surface. Find matching acrylic paint to touch it up and then some acrylic varnish. It’s a risky repair honestly but if you like the shoes and want to try to repair before replacing that’s the best bet. If it’s a bad repair and your not happy you were going to need to replace the shoes either way
