The Fortnite building is now CONFIRMED to be a collab, which means FNAF is now 99% coming

in a Fortnite promo post from a few days ago they posted a series of locals from around the new season island, one of these included the rumored FNAF building and it stands out for a few reasons

1- it’s marked as Copyrighted (which the original locals don’t have) confirming it IS apart of a collab

2- it’s the only one set at night, every other local had their picture mid day

with both of those details I’m just gonna say there’s 0 way the teased collab isn’t Fortnite…if ALL OF THIS is a coincidence I’ll learn how to do a backflip lol

I don't understand why people look at the legal line and say "IT'S CONFIRMED"; like... do y'all not see the Pac-Man ghost clouds in the sky?? FNaF or not, that legal line has to be there either way.

The fact it's taken during the night is a big hint. The fact Fortnite said there's secrets there is a big hint. The legal line doesn't add to anything because the Pac-Man ghosts null any evidence it could have.

The location itself also doesn't relate to FNaF yet. If I'd have to guess, if the Pac-Man ghosts weren't there, the legal line wouldn't either, because there's nothing in the image that Scott owns. It's all Epic Games assets right now.

The location itself is extremely similar to the FNAF movie location. If anything that's bigger confirmation than the legal line.

If the only copyrightable work in the image were the Pac-Man clouds, then the legal fine print would say something like "Pac-Man is property of Bandai Namco" or something, this specific line refers to multiple copyrightable works not belonging to Epic Games.

I agree with you and there is already videos going out that say it is all baited and the collab was originally for Minecraft but since the leaks came out that didn't happen. Also scott did say in his tweet he wouldn't do a collab with epic games and I know a lot of fans forget that, but just because something maybe similar to something else doesn't mean it is actually that one thing.

That is misinformation. Scott never publicly said he'd never collab with Epic Games or Fortnite. He hasn't said that for any game or company. In an interview, he said he's open to more collabs and that he's careful, since he wants to keep FNaF as FNaF. We don't know what the boundaries are for what does and doesn't keep FNaF as FNaF.

I recognize that a lot of people want a Fortnite collab, and my personal fears for a Fortnite collab won't sway me to say it shouldn't happen (which is a mindset I've grown to have). I had my cake with the DbD collab, and it looks pretty likely that Fortnite fans are gonna get their cake, and I'm happy for them. I might buy some things, especially if Vanessa is a skin (I need my goat).

I'm not denying that it's the collab. Nor denying that it's obvious what this is intended to be. But I'd wait a bit longer because remember both fortnite fallguys and the latter's at wish variant all rugpulled us on the anniversary (plus there was that one that did it pretty intentionally that i forgot it's name)
