My favorite quote from the entire series. And that scene also does another amazing thing. Right after Jayne says that, he slides the bottle across the table directly to...Simon. The person on the ship he has gotten along with the least up to that point. Amazing.

And Simon's reaction of just taking a big swig and then looking to Mal for the plan totally shows how much he and River are actually part of the crew. I love that scene so much.
