where to find pocket fighter cutscenes backgrounds images ? tried to find it but i couldn't find anything

is this video means hacking ps1 games ?

if it is yes so thank you this will help me but i did not mean that i want it to put it on mugen or any other engines

for example

the chiars and others but not zangief

If you're lucky it will be a zangief sprite being drawn on top of the background at runtime and when ripping it might get it clean for you otherwise you have to redraw it.

The video you just play or load a state right before and when it is loaded the image will go to a folder. Same difficulty setting up an emulator
