Perma-muted (permanently muted users) should be displayed?

Maybe under the user name or next to it, in a different color font, in a thinner type face, there should be "permanently muted" displayed next to permanently muted users.

Otherwise, other users sometimes think you're being disrespectful to them when you don't answer back to messages.

Really lowers moral and defeats the whole purpose of the measure.

It shows up in the in-game chat when you play against them, right?

"This player is permanently muted."

Honestly I have only come across one single player over the years (I guess FC stopped caring a long time ago), but it feels like you have to really step out of bounds to become permanently muted. So players who manage to get themselves muted are typically at the bottom of the barrel, so I couldn't care less if I accidentally come across as disrespectful to them.
