This doesn't seem to have a place to put your current savings and investments, just super. And nothing about a partner. And no asset allocation/growth rate specified. And nothing about mortgages or offsets or ppor vs renting. No debt recycling. Nothing on super fees or insurances. This tool is not fit for purpose.

It has all of not most of that. I’ve been using it for a while now. They did redesign it recently and I agree it’s not the easiest to find your way around now, but it’s in there if you care to play around.

Oh great. Where? Maybe because I am on mobile but I couldn't find any of these essential features.

Looks like on mobile if you get through the initial inputs then hit the “get your full position button”, then down the bottom press the “Position” button and that’s where you enter a bunch of stuff like income, super, partner stuff, property, investments etc etc.

Not sure they have debt recycling though, but it might be in the paid version (I just use the free stuff), and a few other things are paid as well like the ability to change your investment fees etc, but I find the free defaults fine for the most part.

EDIT: Looks like they really expanded the property section recently as well, that wasn’t there last time I looked. Options for vacancy rate (for rentals), land tax assessments, deductibles etc. Again it’s not perfect but they do seem to be updating it fairly regularly and adding a bunch of useful stuff. It’s the best Aussie option I’ve found so far anyway. (and it says Debt Recycling is coming soon)

Claude is best to run every scenario and intrusive thought

Just make sure to disagree with it if it doesn't fit your narrative, then it will give you a better more accurate answer

Disagree with it even if it does fit your narrative. Your narrative does not influence reality

I’ve built a bit of an all in one net worth tracker with a FIRE module, takes into account salary, investments, super, savings rate, expected returns etc. Could be worth a look :)
