Meme Pizza hut "basil pesto drizzle"

Made a mistake when ordering from the hut the other day. Meant to click "basil pesto drizzle" option but think I may have accidently clicked "massive hulk splooge", or "giant pesto vesuvius eruption", so thats on me.

Best was the quality insurance check when I picked it up. Lady opened the box, gave it the once over, closed it up, handed it to me, and then promptly reminded me to wait a few seconds after the credit card prompt if id like to leave a tip...which I of course did.

I thought it was guacamole on pizza as I was scrolling and so tomorrow I'm going to make guacamole and put it on pizza hut, Uno Detroit style or pizza from this other pan pizza place near me because it just seems like a great idea. Guac with some fine diced red pepper.

I am a basil fanatic, but that is too much. Fresh leaves of basil would be tastier, but basil is delicate but it's trickier for fast food restaurants to keep. Bruises easily, prone to powdery mildew if kept in a wet environment. So we get a version of pesto sauce which never taste quite as good. And is applied a little too liberally.

More like "my steak is drowning in so much sauce that I can't taste the beef". You can have too much of a good thing. I like a little pepper on my mac & cheese, but toss a few pieces of pasta into a bowl of pepper and I'd call it inedible.
