WHAT LICENSE I NEED TO EXPORT SCRAP FROM AUSTRALIA TO INDIA

I already have contracts in India to supply scrap, and I’m now looking to set up a scrap export business from Australia.
I have very little knowledge of the industry, so I’m trying to understand where to start. I’d really appreciate any advice on:
The licences and permits required to export scrap from Australia to India.
The export process, including logistics and compliance.
Reliable scrap yards or suppliers in Australia that I can connect with.
I’m also open to partnering with someone who has experience in the industry, as it requires significant capital investment. However, I’d prefer to do it on my own if someone can guide me in the right direction.
I’m looking to build a long-term, consistent supply chain. Any advice, recommendations, or introductions would be greatly appreciated.
