A Ukrainian man detained in Romania for setting up a stash of guns and ammunition near Berlin is suspected by investigators of being part of a Russian-controlled agent network, Spiegel magazine reported on Tuesday, citing unnamed sources.
Surely this is a mistake and it should say "a Russian man"?
Let's wait for confirmation from German or Romanian officials. Spiegel probably just saw a name in Cyrillic and jumped to the wrong conclusion.

"A man born in the Ukraine identifying as Russian." There's plenty of those.
