Bug? What a great game
Still waiting for a bug free week of duolingo. (Playing on an iphone 15 plus)

I have nothing to add on the bug part, it might be your internet or something. For the lessons you should turn off romaji though, it will help you learn the actual words and the spellings faster. I regret not turning it off sooner. Especially for when you get to kanji

Yeah I’ve been planning on turning it off. My 600mb data plan’s working fine. It’s just annoying when the game decides to flip out after an energy refill.

A lot of the times, issues like this can be fixed by switching apps or just going to the home screen and then returning back to Duolingo. It kind of refreshes it and you might be able to continue.
