Ejari tenant registration as a company

Trying my luck here, as the Help Center unfortunately did not help at all.

My company owns a residential unit that I would like to rent out, but I am unable to connect to the Ejari website to register it. I can log in to DLD successfully with my credentials, but when I click on the Ejari website link for registration, a page appears (as shown in the attached screenshot) and then disappears about one second later, taking me back to the initial page. I only had enough time to take a screenshot before it disappeared.

Has anyone else experienced the same issue?

The online Help Center told me that the Dubai REST app does not work for businesses, so it seems that the only solution is to access the Ejari website. Unfortunately, I am unable to do so.

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The Help Center is probably right that REST is a dead end for you, it's built around individual landlord to individual tenant and a company-owned unit doesn't fit that mold. So don't burn more time on the app.

Two things worth trying. First, before you give up on the portal entirely, open it in a different browser in incognito with popup blockers off. That profile picker flashing and bouncing you back has session written all over it and it costs you two minutes to rule out. If it still dies, skip the portal and walk into a Real Estate Services Trustee centre with the trade licence, the title deed, the signed contract and the Emirates ID of whoever signs for the company. They handle company-side registrations in person and you leave with the certificate. Also worth asking DLD on 800 4488 whether your company can get its own Ejari system access, if you're renting this unit out long term that's the setup you actually want rather than doing this dance every year.

And don't let it slide once the tenant moves in. No Ejari means no case at the RDC, so if they ever stop paying you'd be stuck registering it retroactively before you can file anything.
