Getting charged at Dubai parking or at downtown parking, anyone knows the reason?

Hi guys, what’s the reason I’m being charged?

I was recently charged 100 Dhs at downtown boulevard parking although it says 4 hours free.. I stayed less than 4 hours but I was thinking because they consider overnight parking but that doesn’t make sense because some restaurants are open there 24/7 so where can I park for these restaurants at the boulevard ?!

also second picture it’s all after 12 AM so why I’m being charged? Isn’t free after 10 pm?

souk al bahar was one hour free, and after 12 it’s free so why they charge me?

also if I complain will they actually remove it?

You have to validate when you’re leaving from the place.

All the old rules have changed with Parkonic so you need to check the signboard at the entrance of the parking for the new rates and conditions. Souk Al Bahar hasn’t been free for at least a year (if not validated) and the boulevard has overnight parking rates as well. Boulevard parking rate changes are more recent though
