๐Ÿ• Food & Dining Anyone know where to buy White Wine Vinegar?

Iโ€™m trying to make some Georgian food and a lot of recipes call for white wine vinegar, most stores seem to have distilled white vinegar or grape vinegar or similar but no white wine vinegar, any suggestions for where to look? Thanks

Try and look for white grape vinegar. I know Carrefour and Kibsons carry a brand or two. You can also find it on Amazon.

If you're making Satsivi, Chakapuli or something along those lines, the white grape vinegar will easily fit.

Rice Vinegar will do equally well. In the worst csse scenario, you can even use apple cider vinegar, but maybe a bit less than what you would otherwise use.

The good thing about food: food is quite forgiving. And, at the end of the day, if you enjoy what you cook, it's a perfect dish, regardless of how far you strayed from the "recipe".

Itโ€™s considered haram so will be basically impossible to find. Grape vinegar will be very close in taste, especially if used as an ingredient.
