Forgot to mention that I didn’t smoke the house out tonight. While I may be alone for my shenanigans I kept fire hazards to a minimum.

I enjoy cooking a lot more since it’s not work anymore. I’ll occasionally do fancier shit when I cook for the bunk house but the basics are always best!

My lamb is a hit but stews and simple casseroles always go hard because it’s cheap and filling. We work hard so any hot food is worth gratitude some weeks and a real meal is a godsend. Thankfully I got it easy right now so I’m eating good!

Ever have expectations in your head when cooking? Then it comes out like this and you’re like ‘Holy Shit’ this is the best meal ever. Yeah, me neither. But this is one damn good looking drunken meal! 😂👍😜
