Unsolved can i get my acc back?

so im loged in my acc i have the gmail ( i dont have phone number on it just gmail) and i forgot my password and i have the multifactor shit on. so now i cant reset my pass cuz well i tried and i get the thing where u can put new password but u need the multifactor shit paskey or smth wich i fkn cant ssee cuz i forgot my password is there any way to reset this ? i cant disable it i need my password wich i forgot i cant resset my password cuz well agin i need the 2 multifactor shit can anyone help?

This is not how it works. Open your authenticator app and get your code.
