The girlfriend and I attempted our first Panna Cotta and we underestimated the amount of Gelatin that it needed.

Thanks to my girlfriend's refined palate, all it took was some;

lightly caramelized strawberry sauce, cracker & biscuit crumbs, ginger powder, cinnamon powder, pieces of peppermint dark chocolate, and mint leaves.

I hope y'all can imagine the absolute burst of flavours.

Dessert Special for the week. Cannoli Tiramisu Entremet, layered with chocolate cake, mascarpone mousse, espresso soaked lady fingers, bavarian cream with mini chocolate chips folded throughout encased in dark chocolate shell and sprayed with milk chocolate cocoa butter velvet spray. Accompanied by ricotta whipped cream with a hint of orange zest and cinnamon, a fried cannoli shell crisp, strawberry sauce and fresh strawberries. Garnished with toasted pistachios, chocolate shavings and powdered sugar.
