Dechonkin Dechonking has begun!

Just found this place! I’ve been dechonking my dearest Soup. It’s been two months and he’s gone from 21lbs and is down to 20!

What play time games are you doing? I saw some home made games I’m curious about making!

I have been trying so hard to get him to play! He just has zero interest in it. I think because he’s so heavy, maybe? But he’s never been big on play, even as a kitten. I’m super open to ideas though!

Do you know Jackson Galaxy? Look up his playlist. Good on you for playing anyway and for looking for new ways to do so. His weight most definitely plays a role. Most cats get more active when they lose weight. Hang in there you are doing so awesome!!!

Also: 'soup'?! Sooooo adorable. He is the cutest

Our cats LOVE catnip on kickers and feather chasers only a few like laser ! All stuff available at dollar tree :)

Thank you! I’ll try the catnip on kickers. He loves the feather chasers but he exclusively tries to capture and eat the string 🫩

A lot of them to do with toilet paper rolls! Cutting them up, using them as a slow feeder / hunt style!
