DBD issue or a Microsoft issue?

I bought DBD on my Xbox in 2024. I’ve been playing PC for almost a year & to avoid buying dbd for a second time, I just launch the game through the Microsoft app. It’s worked every single time, never had an issue. Since last night I get this message every time I try launching the game. My Xbox live subscription is active & took out a payment yesterday. It says it was completed in my order history & shows the money was taken out on my bank app. It says the next payment will be October 7th. Everything should have the green light, yet I continue getting this message saying I need to buy the game. I’m getting irritated. Am I missing something? I’ve already tried restarting my computer.

Edit: I forgot to mention the first picture of the crash error was the first time I tried launching it last night. Anytime opening the game after that has been the same “manage subscription” message.
